Unfortunately, we are not shipping internationally at the moment.
Orders are shipped via USPS. We currently offer flat rate shipping of $5 on all orders. Each package will have a tracking number, so customers may follow its status. We also offer Pickup in San Juan, Puerto Rico on orders made with a PR address. For this selection, we will contact you via text message when the order is ready to coordinate the pickup.
Orders containing in-stock or ready-to-ship products are processed within 1-3 business days upon receipt of payment. In the case of our handmade products, the processing time is approximately 5-7 days upon payment is received. Processing time on handmade products may vary. We do not have control over USPS time frames, but in our experience, it varies from 1 to 5 business days. In case of delays please contact USPS directly.
Although, we keep control of our inventory, if for some reason, any item on your order is sold out, we will notify you by email giving you the option of whether to replace it with another item or receive a refund. If you decide on a refund, it will be made to your original payment method. We accept credit cards such as American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also accept Paypal and ATH Movil as your method of payment.
