Caribbeña currently ships to Puerto Rico and the continental United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

All orders are shipped via USPS.

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5 on all orders.

Every shipment includes a tracking number so you can monitor its status in real time.
Processing Time

In-stock or ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Handmade items require additional time, with an estimated processing window of 5–7 business days. Please note: this may vary slightly depending on the item.

Once shipped, USPS delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, although we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
Out-of-Stock Items
While we strive to keep our inventory up-to-date, in rare cases, an item in your order may be out of stock. If this occurs:
