Customer Satisfaction & Returns Policy

At Caribbeña, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We want you to have a pleasant and confident shopping experience and to absolutely love the items you receive. To help ensure this, every product is carefully inspected before being shipped to confirm its accuracy and excellent condition.

However, we understand that sometimes a product may not fit as expected. For those occasions, we’ve created a fair and straightforward Returns Policy. While we do not offer monetary refunds, we are happy to issue store credit for eligible returns.


RETURNS POLICY

If you need to return an item, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the following conditions are met:

Return Conditions:

  • The item must not be part of our Exceptions List (see below).

  • The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact.

  • We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use, including but not limited to stains (e.g., makeup, deodorant, perfume, paint, dirt), rips, damage, washing, or alterations. These items will be returned to the customer.

 

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at boutique@caribbena.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Let us know the reason for your return request.

  2. Once we receive your email, we will reply with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

  3. After receiving the return label, please send the item back within 3 days.


Important Notes:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes:

    • The original shipping cost paid at the time of purchase.

    • The cost associated with the prepaid return label we provide.

    These shipping fees will not be reimbursed or included in the store credit, except in cases where the return is due to our error—such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product. In those situations, we will cover both the original and return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return to ensure it meets all policy requirements, your store credit will be issued within 2 business days.

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used exclusively at caribbena.com.


EXCEPTIONS LIST

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or sale items purchased during Black Friday or Cyber Weekend

  • Jewelry

  • Face masks

  • Lingerie, including bralettes

  • Swimwear

  • Personalized items
