Customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Therefore, we hope our customers are satisfied with our website's shopping experience and love the product they bought. Consequently, we review the product thoroughly before shipping to ensure that it is correct and its condition is optimal. However, we understand that sometimes the product might not fit correctly and a return of the product is needed. Thus, we do have a Returns Policy. However, we do not reimburse the money, so refunds will be processed as a credit in the store.

RETURNS Policy

If you need to return any product in your order, you may do so within the first 7 days of receiving the order. The following conditions apply:

  • The product to be returned cannot be included in our Exceptions List of products for which returns are not accepted..

  • The product to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was sent. That is, in its new condition, unused, unwashed, and unaltered in any way. It also must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and labels intact.

Note: Products with any stain (from makeup, deodorants, perfumes, paint, or dirt in general, etc.); Torn or damaged products in any way; Products that have been used, washed, and/or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

If the product to be returned meets the above requirements, please follow the following instructions within its processing time to request a return:

  • Send us an email to boutique@caribbena.com within the first 7 days from the date of receipt of your order explaining your reasons for returning the product. We will answer your email with further instructions, and send you a prepaid shipping label via email.

  • Following our response, you'll have up to 3 days to send the product back to us.


Notes:

-Shipping costs are not refundable and will not be included in the Store Credit, except in those cases, where the reason for the return is due to our fault, such as the product received was the wrong one, or there is an obvious defect on the product. In such cases we will absorb the original shipping costs and the additional shipping cost to return the product.

-Once we receive the returned item, we will proceed to inspect it and verify that it actually meets all the requirements of our Returns Policy. We will then proceed to issue you a refund in the form of store credit that will be made within 2 business days.

-The store credit can only be used on our website www.caribbena.com and will be valid for 1 year from its issue date.

Exceptions List:
The following are products not eligible to be returned.

-Items purchased on clearance, during the Black Friday or Cyber Weekend Events, as they are considered a final sale.
-Accessories such as Jewelry
-Face Masks
-Lingerie (includes bralettes)
-Swimsuits
-Personalized items

Recommendations:

To minimize the probability of returning a product, we recommend our customers consult the descriptions and videos that we have made available on each product page, with references to sizes and the peculiarities of the item itself, before placing an order, so that they can make a better-informed decision.
