We work at a fast pace so as not to make our customers wait long, and to provide them with good service. Therefore, any cancellation request must be received within the first 30 minutes of placing the order. Any cancellation request received after 30 minutes, will not be accepted.

Exchanges & Returns

We want you to love your new product and be satisfied with your purchase. Because we want to understand our customers’ needs, we offer an Exchange & Return Policy under the following circumstances:

  • First, you have to send us an email requesting authorization for the return at within 7 days from the date you receive the package. Do not return the item without prior approval.
  • Following our response with the instructions on how to proceed, you must send the product back to our warehouse within those 7 days. 
  • We will not accept returns after 7 days from the mailbox delivery date.
  • The item to be returned must not be part of our exceptions list. See our Exception List below. 
  • The item to be returned must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that it was sent. Also, it must be in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.    
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return the item, except if the product received was the wrong item, or if there was an obvious defect on the product. In such a scenario, we will send you a shipping label to return the item, and we will also pay for the shipping costs to send you the correct product.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will proceed to inspect it and verify if it meets the return requirements established by our policy.
  • If the item meets the return requirements, we will proceed to issue a Store Credit for the original purchase price except for the shipping cost. 
  • The shipping cost incurred by the customer on the original order is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total Store Credit amount.
  • The Store Credit is valid for 1 year from the issue date and can be used on our website

Exceptions to our Return and Exchange Policy

Our Return and Exchange policy does not apply to all items. The following are exceptions for items that cannot be returned, nor exchanged:

  • Items identified as Sale or Clearance;   
  • Accessories including Jewelry
  • Face Masks    
  • White clothes stained with makeup, dirt, or any kind
  • Lingerie (includes bralettes);
  • Swimsuits;
  • Personalized items;
  • Items without its original packaging and hang-tags;
  • Items that have been worn, used, altered, washed, stained, torn, or damaged
  • Items bought during the Black Friday or Cyber Weekend Event from November 26-29, 2021.
